Seriously, if you havent try Igoogle, you got to try it! I am so fascinated by my homepage now. How I wish Google can improve it further.

I have 2 pets on my homescreen and I think they are cute! Gosh I feel like a small girl with 2 pets on my homepage. Its a Panda and a Mousey. Actually I dont have to do much except to feed it with food but still they are pretty much of a "distraction" from work. After facing students all day, virtual pets seem quite a good option. haha!

And I do like the fact that I can personalise my homepage with things to do list and I can blog as and when I like. Except that I cannot post photos YET. I hope the word is YET.

Google please do something to improve it!!

Yes...finally find some time to revive my blog :) and I cut my hair!!

So here goes a list of outdated events.. haha

The dumplings that they made were really nice! So before they go back to china, I am gonna invite them to come and cook for us first... I guarantee you will not eat any SINGAPORE dumplings after you have tried theirs. I ate like 10 over dumplings. Simply delicious.

Get to know this girl and have a really special relationship with her. Thank God for the chance to pray for her too. I really think she is a very brave girl. Of course I really love her present!!!!! So me loh.

Went shopping with Melvin some time back and I really think he look very ERM "Metrosexual" and I "force" him to take photos... haha

she successfully capture my heart. Guess she remind me when I was serving with children church. Sometimes hanging out with children makes me less stress. Adults are more troublesome at times. She is so adorable. Some people thought that she is my daughter..but hey..look at picture above, I look like her sister ok..not her mum. Though I guess if I marry really early, I might really have a daughter of her age. haha.

And she is funny because she wants my boyfriend to be her husband. :) Well cause she thinks Michael is handsome. haha so I guess thats a compliment for him.

So now Michael will ask me: "How is my little wife doing?"

And I painted my nails some weeks back...so proud of myself.

Missing for so long

I know I have been gone from cyberspace for so long!! but I am really busy...and if you are around me, you will know how busy I have been. For the last one month, I dont really think I have a good sleep!

Airport --> Hostel --> Airport -->Hostel --> Airport --> Hostel

But still I love my Job and I thank God that I can have this opportunity to serve HIM. Even though I often feel I didnt really do a good job...but still thank God for His grace, I managed to pull through.

I really feel very blissed and blessed by everything in my life. No complaints! Except..I didnt get to see michael in march.. :( so sad... really missing him. He had been really busy too serving God in His own ways.. so I cant complain much too. I know it must have been busy and tiring for him too.

I can remember one night how we talked to each other on the phone and we have no recollections that we actually talked, till I saw the phone call I made from my phone. Thats how tired we are! But thank God for his love! :) I can't wait to see Baobei again.

HAVE A WHOLE LOAD OF STUFFS TO CRAB ABOUT BUT NOT IN A MOOD TO WRITE TODAY...SO will write soon when I have the time...

Happy Chinese New Year

Another year has passed.... and its CNY again. To me CNY is always a season of sleeping and eating. I dont really have many relatives in Singapore. And yeah, only one family to go visit and that marks the end of my visitation. Lonely hor... :)

Yesterday night Eileen was so sweet. She came over to accompany me and stayed throughout the whole night watching dramas with me. She also brought food for me to eat. Ah, love her!!

While everybody is happy for chinese new year, I am excitedly waiting for 15th feb because I can finally see Michael again. Miss him!! So happy that he can come over and spend at least 2 days with me.

Everyone is happy taking angbow this year, but I am looking just forward to him coming singapore. Even though this year, I still can receive angbow but LOVE is more important than MONEY. haha.. I cant wait for 初一 to be over so I can see him!

So busy with work, manage to squeeze some time to meet cgc for a gathering plus meeting to discuss events. And we celebrated VIVI bday too! :)

Halfway, received a call from Evan to go Jurong West to help..so I chiong cab down with Eileen, Chinming and Kaixiang. Really grateful to them for helping out. Prior to that, Jinsheng, nixie and yifei went down to help as well...really so proud of my members. Children Church event they will help, everywhere they also go!!

Saw Bennie and Regina over there too!! Where's dorcas??

Sometimes I really love to serve God in simple things.

Anyway so proud of baobei, today he was invited to one of GBI new branch church to preach. I believed he must have done a really good job!! How I wish I can see baobei preach! Never have the chance, come to think of it so funny right?

Today I finally learnt how to apply fake eyelashes too. Cindy organised a make-up class for the ladies in office. Bennie and Dorcas attended too! I have fun putting on fake eyelashes, but cindy say I never press properly. haha, well practise makes perfect. Gonna try to put it more often, but then that is provided I can wake up early to do that. We shall see..

And Mummy was so sweet, change new curtains for me though haha I dont like the new curtains because too flowery. But it is mummy love for me so yup I will learn to love it!

Oh..sunday service when we have our friendship expression board, I think it really look nice...as usual on the board you always see wierd things...like a guy putting his number on the board and asking a girl to give him a call. so diaoz right?

W320 Tang Yuan Making Competition

Actually I know it doesnt look very 'nice'. But still it was fun making tang yuans together with members. For many of us, this is the first time we are making our own tang yuans. And we have it in all sizes and shapes. And it taste ok loh...cannot complain too much! haha

Tang Yuan Making was fun but my SABO was really not fun. Well I have to drink this horrible peanut mixture with ginger soup. Ok, I know it doesnt sound so bad but really I dont think you will like that taste too!! :) And to think that my SABO was actually not my SABO..ok I know it sounds kinda chim when I said that but oh wells to those that were invovled, you know what I mean loh... :)

Some members went to my house to watch movie and eat dinner together after tang yuans making. The movie was kinda silly but still I have a good laugh. Perhaps have been so so 'stress' with work, so lame joke seems a good option. haha.. and guess what? I forget what is the name of the movie, so you can guess how much I actually bother about this movie..haha

After movie, We went to play L4d2!! Eileen was laughing at my poor charging skills. I need to be better...still have to win dorcas next time.. :)

Came back home after supper at XIN WANG and cant wait for service soon!!!

First time our cgc went to such 'high class' restaurant to eat n celebrate birthday! And we keep on laughing at the 'lao pan n lao pan niang'. Really funny... :) next time, we should go buffet together too! Verdict of the place: food not bad except the bday cake was being brought out in an wierd manner.. Yes, today shall be the day or rather this shall be the entry where I seriously bother to really blog...haha..realised I didnt really write my last 2 entries.. :P

cant really remember the sequence so here it goes..

Baobei came over in December to spend XMAS with me because he say XMAS got to be spent with loved ones...and thats me! Excited... He joined us for XMAS cell group!!

We have gift exchange and Baobei played XMAS carols for us...

SO happy to see many friends on that day! Boomz..

After XMAS cg, we countdown to XMAS together...guess where do we go for XMAS countdown??

Believe it or not, we are all LAN-GAMING!! Seriously thinking back, yeah kinda unforgettable..

Spent quite a sum of money buying presents..but received alot of presents for XMAS too..

Want to say a big thank you to all who bought me a gift! :) What you have given me have left a BIG footprint in my life and I will always remember all your love for me!!

And Baobei bought me the NEW BOLD 9700! love it!! Now I am so addicted to my phone..

Michael's frens came to Singapore for holiday and we met up with them.

During this DEC trip in Singapore, we spent really alot of time eating..

Both of us really love SEAFOOD! So we have seafood for almost every lunch...

It was such a mixed feeling..I was both excited and sad at the same time..sad because I have to say BYE BYE to baobei and excited because I can spend some time with the leaders!

Anyway, here goes two of the most unforgettable miracles and when I think about it now, my hairs stand out everywhere...

1. “62Friends” – HE IS IN CONTROL!

(Remembered those 62friends I brought to church during my SOT graduation services).

PART 1 – My Nephews (Wilson and Wilkin)

Since, coming back to Christ, my 5nephews and 1niece has always been in my prayer lists. You see, my dad’s family have a history of Down Syndrome and out of 5nephews&1niece, 4 of them have some form of Down Syndrome. I have been asking God to open doors for me to penetrate into their life and have shared with my brothers to allow me to bring them to church, but was in vain.

However, after attending my SOT graduation service, my 3rd nephew : Wilkin started to share with me about his fear of preparing for PSLE, especially Chinese subject. I told him about God and taught him how to pray. I told my brother to let me bring him to church, but my brother said only after he passed his PSLE. So, with the teaching of patience and humanity in SOT, I just lift them in prayer. Even tough, Wilkin has already had Chinese tuition in the community center, the Spirit of the Lord told me to arrange a private Chinese tutor for him. So with the help from the Chinese Church Pastor Joseph, I managed to arrange two months of private tuition for Wilkin and continuous effort to chauffer the Tutor to his home in Pasir Ris. Needless do I know that that this little sacrifice of time, have bring forth a wonderful seed...

When the PSLE result was out , Wilkin sms me to say thank you for arranging the Chinese tuition as his result for Chinese is a “A” grade. I was overjoyed. God is Faithful... Amen

However, with my busy schedule, I have neglected to follow up on them. Suddenly, in December, the seasons of Giving, I suddenly remembered my brother promised to me to allow his children to go to church, if his PSLE result is good.

So now, with such good PSLE result, my brother cannot denied me to bring them to church. So with my aching bones and tired muscles, I forced myself to drive my 2 nephews to the Children Christmas Service. On the way, I told God, He has to do sometime to make me happy! Sowing is so tough and so tedious.. I rather give and give than sow! As the journey was so long, from Pasir Ris to JW, I began to talk nonsense and asked them questions about what is CHRISTMAS to them? Wilson, who has mild Down Syndrome told me it about this man called St Francis, going around and put present in people doors... And Wilkin told me it about putting wishes under the tree and the wish will come true... Wow... I just don’t know how to handle them. Almost want to throw them out of the car, but patience, patience, and patience. I told them, wait till they hear the story from the Children Church...

While seating at the auditorium, Wilson and Wilkin was engrossed in the performance and I told the Holy Spirit to work on them. Suddenly, of all the thousands of children there that night, the magician called on Wilson (Down Syndrome) to go on stage to performance. I shooked my head and highlighted to Pastor Eileen... how??? Please don’t let Wilson scream... He can’t stand or sit proper for too long.. let alone, act!!!! Oh no, don’t make a fool out of us.. I told Wilkin to pray and I began to say a silent pray: “Holy Spirit... only you have the power to control Wilson..Please be nice to him..” Suddenly, I heard a voice, “he will be OK” .. So, I began to relax and so is Wilkin. Wow... That night is the night men,,, Wilson was on stage for more than half-an hour and the audience just love him. He was so funny and I think the magician did not realised about his handicap till the end...

The best Christmas present ever, both Wilson and Wilkin accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their saviour. And now they both knows that Christmas is all about CHRIST and not St Francis or wishing tree. Hallelujah!

On the way back, the memory of what Pastor Mike shared with me about why God permits deformed babies. The problem is not on the children but on the parent. The parent have so much grief and fear that they just want to hide their children from the society.. and thus make them feel they are unusual compared to the rest. However, if we dare to treat them openly as normal children, we will discover that their creation is with a purpose – God is in Control. What HE created, HE will not let it wasted ! Amen

PART 2 : MY FRIENDS

I was not in town this Christmas but my heart was heavy with two new friends who are coming for the Christmas Service. I have make arrangement for a Christian friend to attend to them and on Christmas Day, sms them to remind them to wake up and go to Church. One of them was still asleep and gave excuse no time to make-up. I told her to “Just go” and don’t need to look beautiful.. God only want your heart and not your look! If you go, you will be my Christmas present. I sms again at 1030am to check if she is in service and there is no reply. Maybe I am too strong on her. I tried to console myself that , no news is good news... So I waited patiently and at around 1.30pm, when I called her, she said she just accepted Jesus as her saviour... Hallelujah ! God is Faithful. Even I am not there, He is in Control ! Amen

PART 3– MY DAUGHTER BOYFRIEND

You know, teenage have teenage problem. My daughter, Ashleen’s boyfriend, An Dai has been going to CHC since my graduation day but his heart is still not ready. Same like me, Ashleen was not in town this Christmas and she is overly concerns whether An Dai will go to Church. She has to remind him over and over again and for Christmas service, we have to arrange another Christian to go with him. Guess what.. An Dai accepted the Lord during the altar call and now he is a going through bible study. Even tough we are not there in body, our Spirit is with them. God is in Control. Amen

So now, my friends, my 62Friends is lesser by another 4 and thus now is “58Friends”. Please continue to pray for this “58Friends”, when you remember me. Ok.!

2. MY BUSINESS – ONLY GOD

This afternoon, as I looked at the P&L for the month of November, my heart is filled with amazement and most important of all, unbelievable feeling – ONLY GOD can do this!

The past few months in SOT, I refused to look at the monthly P&L as I am almost broke with no reserve on personal saving. I told God, as everyone said to me..which I want to believe in :- He will provides and work a miracle for you after SOT. SO I just don’t care about my financial... I am going by Faith! However, after SOT, the end of Aug, I have no choice but to go back to my account book and check my finances as there are so many trips and so many bills to pay... I studied the accounts with FAITH but also with FEAR! Is just that FAITH is more than Fear.

In Aug 2008, my Sales revenues was already 1.9millions but in Aug 2009, it was only S$98520, less than a million. How to achieve my annual standard of 3Millions sales and above..

“Aiyoyo..you little heart and don’t trust me!” This remark has been with me for the past few weeks after SOT.

Today, as I looked at my November P&L, I was amazed and shocked to find that todate, I have already achieved $2.2M sales revenues. Within 3months from Sept to Nov, He has returned $2.1M to me. All my OD and personal reserved was settled. Wow, that is a miracle! Just only 3months, all these while, I have been thinking, it will takes months before I can go back to my past achievements.

One thing, I have learn from walking in Faith, as you gives to HIM, be it your time or your finances, especially so, when you continue to give even at your lowest point of life! HE is FAITHFUL and HE will reciprocal in MANIFOLDS! Only when you have walk through the valley of darkness with HIM, then can you know HIS POWER, HIS GRACE and HIS GOODNESS! Amen

So, my beloved, I prayed that 2010 will be a year whereby you can gives yourself an opportunity to walk closer with Christ - Empower by His Goodness! Whatever happened in 2009 is already the past, let focus on 2010 - the New Blessing, New Breakthrough, and New Grace from God. He has so much in stored for us and there will be Blessing upon Blessing, Breakthrough upon Breakthrough, Peace upon Peace and Grace upon Grace as we continue to abide in Him. Amen

and I think baobei is equally as busy as me.

Pastor decides to use SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY as our brand name and I need to remove the word bible training center from our website. so have been so busy this whole week with website.

and because of this website thingy, I cannot go for children home! :( So sad, I am super jealous at those who can go...but at least I try my best to help out with the drama team together with edmund the night before. Guess that is the least that I can do!

Already started my 48hr fast for this week..feeling so excited in my spirit.

I want to fast for Camp Believe and XMAS party and service.

Of course for my personal breakthru too!

And on top of that, we are going to have our morning and evening prayer as well.

I really encourage everyone to really fast this week and pray together with me because there is also power in unity. And I believe as a whole cg, when we fast, God will give us the revival that we want!

and God reminded me of something. EVERY time when God reminds me of that thing, I will go "AHH..." It is not a bad reminder. But just some things that I need to know and understand. VERY CHIM right? I am like talking in parables. Generally, its like a LIST OF I NEED TO DO THINGS, which means I need to give up on certain things in order to achieve my dreams for God. And I Believe that God will help me change to always be a better person. I am far from being perfect but I will try my best! :)

Maybe one day when it is time, I will blog about it, but till then....keep praying for me ok?

Finally Michael is back! Amber is a happy girl... haha :)

But back doesnt mean he is in Singapore. I mean he is back from his MOUNTAIN camp..

He is currently in Indo as he is helping with his church Xmas events.

But he was so tired and he fell asleep, so we didnt talk much.

Still I am happy at least I can hear his voice or BB him.

From his voice, I can tell that he really enjoyed his camp and I am so happy for him!

And guess what he ask me when he came back?

"Have you been a good girl?"

Sounds like a father talking to his daughter..haha

Ok, how bad can I be right? And even if I have been a bad girl, who will admit? :P

Few days ago, I was talking to some of the guys randomly and everyone keep on singing his praises.

For guys to praise a guy, I think they must be very impressed by you.

His friend died in an accident.

You just have to see this MV for yourself. Even kaixiang says he watched at least 10 times...and me countless times.. I love this SONG. Really think GAGA is such a fashion ICON. I am impressed!

A very looooong 3 days

Thursday to Saturday is going to be a very LOOONNGGG 3 days for me....

Because Michael is going to a CAMP that forbids HANDPHONE. What kind of camp is that?? So Sad....

I think our CAMP BELIEVE is better loh!

This is a leadership training camp for GPDI leaders somewhere up in a mountian. Anyway Michael say most likely there will not be any reception near the mountain as well. But still......... :(

Feeling so grumpy and sad now. I cant BB pin him for 3 days!!! No skype and phone call....

I feel like this is an early 2012 for me. If you dont understand what I mean, never mind.

I am just sadly ranting on my misery for 3 days.

but THANK GOD at least I am busy with things I love doing. Always feel so happy to serve HIM in HIS house. I love the house of God!

Well I still pray that God you will speak to Michael in this 3 looong days camp. I believe our separation is worthwhile for both our growth! And to me growing in God still more important :)

I really like this durian mousse from Durian Empire at Jurong Point. Or Simply I just love Durian.

Gosh I have cravings for Durian as I am typing right now. Maybe I should just go get one.

To those who love Durian, they love durians alot! and to those who hate Durians, they really hate it alot too~

Durian always have a special meaning for me because it reminds me of my grandfather. He will always buy a whole basket of durians for me whenever I go back to Malaysia. So whenever I have the cravings to eat durian, it also mean I am MISSING my GRANDFATHER.

and now Durians also have one more added meaning for me because my first outing with Michael was to go bugis and eat durian! haha :) I say it is an outing because we went with a group of friends who love durians too. But that was also when I get to know him more! haha

So now whenever I eat durians, you will know it is because I am either missing my grandfather or Michael.

Actually after eating durian all my workout at the gym seem wasted.

New Moon: Werewolves Vs Vampires

To all Twillight Fans out there, you have to watch NEW MOON :)

I have to admit that I am giving thumb-ups for this movie ONLY because of Edward and Jacob.

Edward (Vampire) is just so COOL, WHITE and ABSOLUTELY ROMANTIC whereas Jacob (Werewolf) is HOT, SEXY and FIERY.

Honestly this movie is like a very 'emo' movie, kinda like a couple break up movie. Throughout this movie, you just get so frustrated that Edward had to leave Bella for some vampire cannot be with human reasoning. And they were practically separated from the beginning of the movie all the way till the end. I was kinda disappointed that this was the plot after all I did not have enough of Bella and Edward after the first Twillight Movie. However when Jacob (werewolf) came into the picture, I seriously thought my $8 movie ticket was worth it.

It is quite hard to decide who is better.

So after the movie I asked a question,

"Will you choose Edward or Jacob?"

And Jacob won the votes!

but still I find it hard to resist the COOL vampire look

BUT, Eventually, I cast my vote for Jacob. :)

Looks like the werewolves are on a winning side.

Tips: Showing your HARD-WORKED GYMMING ABS always works.

But then, I still think Michael wins both of them.

My NEW blackberry curve & Shopping Trip

Yes!!

Finally I decided not to wait for the new blackberry bold 2 and settled for

$0 Blackberry curve!

cause without a proper phone drives me nuts...

I cant wait to start using the BB functions but starhub told me that I need to wait 3 days for them to activate and I am "patiently" waiting. haha

Verdict for this phone:

Compared to other blackberry phones, this phone is more like a LOW-END blackberry phone. Actually it looks like a toy to me. :)

But for a Zero dollar phone, I cant really complain right?

This is not the usual curve that most people have, it is the latest curve model that just launched. the camera is only 2 megapixel. :(

Despite all, I am still loving my phone!!!

for people like me that dropped my phone at least once a week, the plastic toy look seems to be very suitable.... haha

So I finally fulfilled my ONE day shopping trip in Jakarta with Xiaoshi and Kaixiang.

But Poor us, we missed our flights and have to pay additional for airtickets to come back to Singapore.

We really SHOPPED like crazy!

And I can't tell you how much we walked....

We spent really alot...haha

plus we decided to hire a driver to drive us around too..

Ended our shopping by eating sushi and watching 2012.

But because we are so tired, the three of us practically slept throughout the whole movie. We watched the first 15 mins of the show and the last 15 mins. Cinema Seats in INDO are really COMFY. It is 1.5 times bigger than the seats in Singapore.

Well but I still love the SHOW.

And after that, we ended the day by going to Baobei's friend house to take photos for our blogshop. I am supposed to take with Xiaoshi but obviously I really cannot take it anymore and I just fell asleep on the SOFA. Kaixiang was busy trying to gain muscles.
So POOR xiaoshi finished the photoshoots all by herself with Baobei.
Did you notice that all her photos are with shades? Thats because her eyes were too tired.. ^-^
BTW our photographer for all these pictures are none other than Michael!!!

I dont know how dorcas managed to buy this specs and it really makes me look super OLD. She took a picture of herself wearing the specs and mms her boyfriend asking, will you still love me? So I thought I will do the same... haha

Anyway I love this look of his (below) when he wears like that. You know how much his black jacket cost? I think its over $1000!!! I say he is crazy!! He bought it when he was working in new york.

And look who is in this picture (below)?? Its Nadine!! :) She is really adorable. I always carry her to the mobile office when I am bored of work. haha. And I think Nadine is very smart. Look at how she placed her hand on the laptop. She seems like she knows how to use it.

Next, I was just looking through the pictures that I took before in order to prepare for the school's out, parties' in attire. I actually have four different look!! haha

This is a new word I pick up from my youths. I have no idea why this word is so cool except I see it all over new urban male shop. or another word SHINGZ which totally sound so shing to me. But they told me that it means like 'whatever'. ok whatever with the boomz and shingz.

I feel BOOMZ.

Just have my one of those seeking God moment, where you sit down and think about your life and your future and I told God,

"Thanks for making my life BOOMZ."

Counting all the 'Shingz' that happen to me:

I lost my handphone which actually has a trade-in value of $200.

I lost all my contacts.

I lost the photos that were taken on my birthday.

My internet explorer hang on me 10 times today.

My baobei has gone back to Indo.

and a few things here and there that irritates me,

I still want to thank God that He is with me in all things.

I am excited for what lies ahead, dont think it is an easy road. But it cant be too hard either, after all if God is for us then who can be against us.

There are many things I want to do and after all life on earth is not very long compared to eternity. And plus the fact that we only have one life.

I know Baobei is working very hard towards our dreams and also for his own dream that he has. Thats why he has to go back to indo to help his father and mother to build a great church. If you feel that I have great faith, I think Baobei has greater faith than me.

Sometimes how I wish I can help him. He wants to grow his church to 1000 and of course more. And I compare myself with him, feels so inadequate. I mean generally all I have to do is to take care of my cg and subzone. Give them BS, fellowship and be really pastoral to them...etc. But when it comes to Baobei, he has to think of building fund, new building, administration system for church and blah blah blah. And recently when I go with him to meet Sendy bolang mum, while they were discussing about churches in Indonesia. I feel so helpless. I mean I wish I can help him but I probably cannot do much but I will pray.

And I just want to be there for him.

I remember what kimhock asked me before and I never really think much about it, not at least until now. No wonder we all agree kimhock is so smart. He thinks ahead all the time.

"Are you prepared to be a pastor wife in future?"

and I remember I replied him, "Er, ok..it is not very hard right?"

Haha...now I totally understand why he ask me that. Well not as if I am already married to him, but kimhock wanted me to see the future.

And I guess with God, all things are possible.

And all of a sudden, I begin to feel jiahui is a very amazing person, after all being a wife to a ZS (pastor to be) must be super challenging.

God spoke alot of things to me this time round, so I guess I need time to slowly digest.

Thank God for Dorcas, love talking to her. She is so really pastoral.

OK maybe this post is too heavy..haha end off with something funny...

Baobei left for Bali on tuesday with his parents for some GPDI youth meeting. He was expecting to meet Semy Bolang but it turns out Semy has to be in Jakarta because Pastor Kong was in Jakarta. And along in this Bali trip were two girls who used to like Michael. Baobei didnt want me to be jealous so he called me and told me about them.

And he will say, "I am with the 2 girls now but dont worry my mum is here."

"I just told them and their mums, I want to marry you."

So sweet of him..

I lost my handphone!

So sad....lost my handphone in a cab.. :(

Right now I lost all contacts the 2nd time...

The sad part is not just I lost my phone. I lost all the photos I took on my birthday too because I have not yet uploaded into my computer. SADZ :(

Rem my previous post, I was still deciding if I should get a phone for birthday, in the end I decided to go for a shopping trip instead. But now I guess I have to get a new phone.

And I have set my heart on Blackberry! haha

I know everyone has different views on which phone is better but I guess Blackberry is still my final choice due to many reasons..

Heard that there is a new blackberry phone coming out soon, so Amber is waiting patiently for the latest model.

God, dont let me wait too long. :)

Ok..time to sit down and blog.. :)

Sometimes I feel I am in a dream....but nono...seriously it is not a dream.

All I can say is I feel so blessed and overjoyed, totally no complains.

God is a good God and He gives me MORE than I can ever imagine.

Sometimes I wonder if its true but YES it is true!

And I guess my blessings start with Michael...

It is going to be my FIRST birthday with him! :)

Ok, my birthday celebration has not really started yet. But in my heart it has already began.

At first, he wanted to buy me a blackberry. But I really love the new Nokia N97 more and Samsung Omnia 2. I can't really decide on which phone to buy, so in the end, I told him its ok lah, no need to buy me a phone. My phone can still last for quite some time.

Save that for V-day! haha..

Next we went shopping for EDhardy clothes. Subzone blessed me with $200, so I went and get an EDhardy top. Michael wanted to buy an Edhardy top for my birthday initally, but since i already have one for my birthday, so I told him its ok lah, next time then.

So I say save it for my XMAS present.

And I gave him a BIG TIP:

Baobei, any Edhardy top for any occassion is always welcomed!

And FINALLY,

So after pondering for some time, I decided to go on a FULLY PAID SHOPPING TRIP to Jakarta for my birthday. That means I will fly over to Jakarta in the morning, SHOP till I DROP and then take the night flight and come back to Singapore. All in the same day! :) I was really overjoyed!!!

Enough for me to buy two Edhardy tops in Singapore I think.. :p

And on top of that, He also decided to bless Xiaoshi and Kaixiang and paid partial for their Jakarta trips together with me so that I have company as I shop!!

And I am like, "Baobei!!! You sure???"

Gosh I can practically scream out in excitement! I love him for the fact that he loves those that I love. And also partly He knows that it will make me happy to have kaixiang and xiaoshi with me as I shop.

Just meet him for Lunch, and he was discussing with me where can we go for my birthday celebration. Guess where???

He say he was thinking of booking a Private mini cruise for me that can hold around 20 people and we will have dinner in the ship on sea!!!!!!!!!!

But he probably cant pay for all..cause it is around $50-$60 per person. So He suggested perhaps they just pay around $20, then He will pay the rest for them. Seriously I almost drop a tear. Too touched beyond words. but I really think it is going to cost him a bomb, I love this idea but perhaps we will have a cheaper alternative...

Rem Pastor Kong preached about DREAMS last weekend service?

I have a dream to really build a home for the homeless kids.

I shared the dream with him, not really thinking that he will say anything.

But he say OK! lets do it!

I was silent for like seconds...

I thank God for a spiritual partner that loves people.

So we decided to start with adopting 10?? kids in Indonesia. Planning still in progress.

Because we need to find a place to build the home and really work through the plan and budget.

Baobei: "But you know it is not easy right?"

Amber: "of course I know."

Baobei: "If this is what you want, yup, we will start planning about it and I will see what I can do on my side. We can have a mini school for them."

Amber: "Yes and Amen!"

Flipped uncountable times in my heart.

He is not just awesome. He is seriously AMAZINGLY awesome.

So please do pray for me to have wisdom and to really ask God for His directions.

He is so much more than I really ask God for.

Just came back not too long from my Jakarta Shopping Trip...I think I am like some mad woman who never done so much shopping in my entire life.

I think I spend four figure amount for shopping..ops..but its for investment purposes lah.

This is a science fiction drama from US and it is a MUST WATCH for science fiction fans!!!

I really enjoyed this show alot and I CANT WAIT for season 2.

It is about a room that dont exist but yet it can be unlocked by a special key. And this key can be used on any doors to unlock the lost room. there are around 100 objects in this room and they all contain near impossible POWERS.

Example:

A watch can cook an egg.

A bus ticket that can tap people to mexico immediately.

A pen that can electrocute.

A comb that stops time.

Gossips!?!

I never really have a chance to sit down and seriously blog my thoughts out. I was looking through all my previous entries..and thinking basically I just find a few pictures and really just post a few comments here and there. It has been so long since I sit down and do some serious writing. Well, not exactly I have alot of serious stuffs to write but I really mean straight from my heart entry (with no pretence).

I was talking to pst bobby last week and he commented that there was this very famous blogger in United States who has like 1 million viewers to his blog. His blog centered around gossips in the entertainment world.

So he jokingly said, "Amber you go and blog about gossips lah, your blog viewership will be very high!"

And I replied, "Pastor, if I blog about gossip, will I go heaven?"

So we have a good laugh over this, and there was no conclusion.

I mean yes, we do enjoy reading about our friends' day to day life activities, but we do like to hear a few gossips here and there.

What are gossips? (webster definition)
personal or sensational facts about others

But people like to read about others' misfortune:

e.g. who just break up with who and the list goes on and on.

And how do I blog about all these? When it is obviously something I cannot do and do not wish to do..which is to gloat over others' misfortune. Bible teaches us to love and have compassion for one another.

This is such a grey issue, isnt it?

But on a lighter note, I guess when people get attached or married, good news like that deserved to be shared!! :)

Well is that consider gossip? after all this is others' personal facts. I guess if it makes everyone happy, not really lah. haha

So happy Baobei is here in Singapore!

After the wedding, guess where did we go?

8 of us were in town shooting ZOMBIES!

We went to cineleisure to play Left 4 dead!

Baobei, Chinming, Chinho, Tianyi, Joshua, Xiaoshi, Eileen and Me!

So rare to have xiaoshi and eileen with us..haha

But I really *1000000000 enjoyed the game. Tianyi was so nice to me. Why? haha Secret! :P

However Xiaoshi and Eileen feel like vomiting after the game..feel so bad..

And on Sunday we celebrated Joshua Birthday. His sabo was to paint his nails red. In the end, everyone tried to paint their nails red. Not really a sabo after all!

Romance of the Three Kingdoms

This is really a lame drama ... but yet it really entertains me.

Sometimes you need to learn to laugh over silly things.

Actually this drama series gets me interested in reading the book on Romance of the Three Kingdoms. So I really read the 3 kingdoms' history and honestly it is quite addictive! :)

By the way this drama do not really depicts the whole story on Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It is like the lame version of the actual story.

Well at least now if I go china and preach, I can talk about China history to the china people! haha...

And guess what?? Baobei say he read Romance of the 3 kingdom before too!

Actually I am thinking if someone can actually act out bible stories in those kind of Taiwan Drama Series, perhaps people will go read the bible. Dont you think it is a great idea?

Facebook Games

I was not a facebook fan few months ago. I cannot understand why is everybody crazy over facebook and now I log in to facebook at least 6 times or more a day. And it is all because of the games! It started with Dorcas who 'insists' that I need to join this game and join her in 'stealing' business. I cannot understand why she likes that game so much and it is called BARN BUDDY.

and other than Barn Buddy, I started playing country story too! :) Both games are quite fun actually! I guess the fun part is to go to your friend's home/farm and either help or 'steal' their crops.

OK, for those who have not started playing and are wondering why would anyone even bother to play these games. I once thought like that too! :P

Actually I think once you reach a limit, you will get tired of games like this.

But still you will probably just continue playing this for the sake of communicating with your friends.

Sashimi (Salmon)

Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy primarily consisting of very fresh raw seafood, sliced into thin pieces about 2.5cm (1") wide by 4cm (1.5") long by 0.5cm (0.2") thick, but dimensions vary depending on the type of item and chef, and served with only a dipping sauce (soy sauce with wasabi paste or other condiments such as grated fresh ginger, or ponzu), depending on the fish, and simple garnishes such as shiso and shredded daikon radish.

The word sashimi means "pierced body", i.e. "刺身 = sashimi = 刺し = sashi (pierced, stuck) and 身 = mi (body, meat), may derive from the culinary practice of sticking the fish's tail and fin to the slices in identifying the fish being eaten.

One possibility of the name "pierced body" could come from the traditional method of harvesting. 'Sashimi Grade' fish is caught by individual handline, and as soon as the fish is landed, its brain is pierced with a sharp spike, killing it instantly, then placed in slurried ice. This spiking is called the Ike jime process. Because the flesh thus contains minimal lactic acid from the fish dying slowly, it will keep fresh on ice for about 10 days without turning white, or otherwise degrading.

And I am really in love with Sashimi SALMON. I eat one plate almost every day! :) It has become my regular diet! and of course this has nothing to do with me loving cat but xiaohei loves to eat fish alot too! haha

He is TALL(above 1.8m) and talented! Well everytime I see him, I just feel happy. Perhaps he has the joy of the LORD! He plays really good drums and is very talented in music. Plus, he is the worship leader of his church.

And I will never forget the first time he prayed for me.. :) thanks bram!

Spending quite some time with Xiaoshi recently! We agree to go swimming next week! YES! Finally, I have decided to be more sporty.
